
Meet Nick Simon
Nick Simon is a writer and director best known for the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival pick, The Girl In The Photographs, starring Kal Penn and executive produced by his mentor, Wes Craven.
Simon moved to Los Angeles from Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2006 to attend the American Film Institute Conservatory. Upon graduation, Simon co-wrote and directed his first thriller, Removal. During the next several years Simon continued to write and direct for TV and film, sticking within the horror and thriller genre.
With films like Truth or Dare, The Pyramid, and Cold Comes The Night.
Simon is currently working on a choose-your-own-adventure-style horror film with Steven Spielberg‘s Amblin Partners and a new horror/comedy film that was entirely shot in lockdown called Untitled Horror Movie, starring Claire Holt, Emmy Raver- Lampman, Katherine McNamara, Darren Barnet, Timothy Granaderos and Luke Baines.
